An Act To Prohibit Public Primary, Secondary And Charter Schools, As Well As Public Postsecondary Educational Institutions, State Officials And Employees Of State Agencies From Using State Or Public Funds To Travel To Or Engage In Business With States Which Have Enacted Discriminatory Restrictions Upon Its Citizens And Publicly Funded Entities From Traveling To Or Doing Business With The State Of Mississippi Due To The Opposing Positions Of Each Respective State With Regard To The State Of Mississippi; To Provide For Exceptions To The Prohibition; And For Related Purposes.
