An Act To Prohibit The State Board Of Education From Making Application To The United States Department Of Education Seeking A Waiver Of Request For Funding That Would Require A Revision Of The State Subject Matter Curriculum Aligned With Any National Education Agenda, Standards Or Curriculum; To Authorize The Board To Request Authority From The United States Department Of Education To Revise Curriculum Requirements That Condition Receipt Of Funding Or Waivers Upon The Board's Action To Revise The Curriculum To Align With College-and-career-ready Standards Put Forth By Certain National Organizations Regardless Of The Current Nomenclature; And For Related Purposes.
