An Act To Amend Section 93-17-215, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize Any Adoptee Who Is Twenty-four Years Of Age Or Older To Request Identifying Information Of Both Birth Parents ; To Amend Sections 93-17-205, 93-17-219 And 93-17-221, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide An Exception To A Birth Parents' Right To Keep Identifying Information Confidential For A Person Twenty-four Years Of Age Or Older; To Amend Section 93-17-223, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Exclude Persons Twenty-four Years Of Age Or Older From The Prohibition Of Divulging Birth Parent Information; To Amend Section 93-17-21, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize Release Of The Original Birth Certificate To Any Adoptee Age Twenty-four Years Of Age Or Older; And For Related Purposes.
