AN ACT
To amend chapter 1, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to state enforcement of federal regulations.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 1, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 1.360, to read as follows:
1.360. No department or agency of this state shall be required to enforce any regulation promulgated by any federal agency. No department or agency of this state shall enforce any regulation promulgated by any federal agency within the borders of this state unless the enforcement of such regulation is approved by the general assembly.
