AN ACT

To amend chapter 59, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to county recorder duties.




Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:


            Section A. Chapter 59, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 59.011, to read as follows:

            59.011. The recorder of deeds shall provide verbal or written notice to each person filing any document or instrument that the person may grant, gift, or bequest moneys to the Missouri housing trust fund established in section 215.034.
