AN ACT

To amend chapter 386, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to commercial mobile service providers.




Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:


            Section A. Chapter 386, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 386.915, to read as follows:

            386.915. 1. All providers of commercial mobile service as defined under 47 U.S.C. Section 332(d) operating in Missouri shall provide to the public service commission a description of all plans, packages, or similar agreements offered for sale to consumers and include an itemized listing of all charges, fees, rates, taxes, and any other costs associated with such plans, packages, or agreements.

            2. The public service commission shall develop, maintain, and update in a timely manner a conspicuously identified listing of all information received under subsection 1 of this section on the commission’s website for consumers to compare and contrast.
