1.3BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Minnesota that:
1.4In addition to the standing committees established by 2020 First Special Session Senate
1.5Resolution No. 1, the Committee on Capital Investment is established in the same manner and with
1.6the same powers as in the 91st Legislature.
