1.1A Senate resolution
1.2congratulating Carter Sikorski of Rosemount, Minnesota, for earning the
1.3rank of Eagle Scout.
1.4WHEREAS, the Eagle Scout rank is the highest rank earned in the Boy Scouts of America;
1.5and
1.6WHEREAS, attaining the rank of Eagle Scout in Scouts BSA is an important achievement
1.7that is worthy of recognition; and
1.8WHEREAS, Carter Sikorski is a member of the Boy Scouts of America Troop 295 and has
1.9displayed the attributes of a responsible and serving member; and
1.10WHEREAS, Carter has demonstrated mastery of all Scouting skills, has completed a
1.11community service project, which involved rehabilitating the landscaping at Easter Lutheran Church
1.12in Eagan, and has fulfilled all other requirements necessary to attain the rank of Eagle Scout; and
1.13WHEREAS, an Eagle Court of Honor will be held; and
1.14NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Minnesota that it
1.15congratulates Carter Sikorski of Rosemount, Minnesota, for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout.
1.16BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is directed to prepare a
1.17copy of this resolution, to be authenticated by the Secretary's signature and that of the Chair of the
1.18Senate Rules and Administration Committee, and transmit it to Carter Sikorski.
