1.1A Senate resolution
1.2recognizing Officer Kevin Booth for being named St. Paul Park's Police
1.3Officer of the Year.
1.4WHEREAS, those who work tirelessly in their communities to protect the public's safety
1.5and well-being perform an important service deserving of special legislative recognition; and
1.6WHEREAS, it is the mission of the St. Paul Park Police Department to protect the lives,
1.7property, and rights of the citizens of St. Paul Park while enforcing laws impartially and maintaining
1.8honor and integrity; and
1.9WHEREAS, Officer Kevin Booth has been given the honor of St. Paul Park's Police Officer
1.10of the Year award because of his dedication to providing citizens with exceptional police service
1.11and emergency response; and
1.12NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Minnesota that it
1.13commends Officer Kevin Booth of the St. Paul Park Police Department for being named Police
1.14Officer of the Year.
1.15BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is directed to prepare an
1.16enrolled copy of this resolution, to be authenticated by the Secretary's signature and that of the
1.17Chair of the Senate Rules and Administration Committee, and transmit it to Officer Kevin Booth.
