1.1A Senate resolution
1.2congratulating Alex Almich for receiving the Eagle Award.
1.3WHEREAS, the Eagle Award is the highest award given by the Boy Scouts of America; and
1.4WHEREAS, attaining the rank of Eagle in the Boy Scouts is an important achievement
1.5that is worthy of recognition; and
1.6WHEREAS, Alex Almich is a member of Boy Scouts of America Troop 275 and has
1.7displayed the attributes of a responsible and serving member; and
1.8WHEREAS, he has demonstrated mastery of all scouting skills and completed a
1.9community service project which involved building and installing bat houses and all other
1.10requirements necessary to attain the rank of Eagle; and
1.11WHEREAS, an Eagle Court of Honor was held on Sunday, April 22, 2012; and
1.12NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Minnesota that
1.13it congratulates Alex Almich for receiving the Eagle Award.
1.14BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is directed to prepare a
1.15copy of this resolution, to be authenticated by the Secretary's signature and that of the Chair of the
1.16Senate Rules and Administration Committee, and transmit it to Alex Almich.
