1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. WATERCRAFT DECONTAMINATION SITES; WEIGH STATIONS
1.6AND REST AREAS.
1.7The commissioners of natural resources and transportation shall cooperate in
1.8an effort to use weigh stations and rest areas, where feasible, as sites for watercraft
1.9decontamination and other activities to prevent the spread of aquatic invasive species.
