1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

1.6    Section 1. Laws 2010, chapter 389, article 1, section 12, the effective date, is amended
1.7to read:
1.8EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective for assessment years 2010 and 2011,
1.9for taxes payable in 2011 and 2012 thereafter.
1.10EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective for assessment year 2012 and
1.11thereafter.
