1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

1.5    Section 1. APPROPRIATION; MINNESOTA CHILDREN'S MUSEUM.
1.6$1,000,000 in fiscal year 2012 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage
1.7fund to the commissioner of administration for a grant to the Minnesota Children's
1.8Museum for arts, arts education, and arts access and to preserve Minnesota's history and
1.9cultural heritage. Of this amount, $700,000 is for the Rochester Children's Museum.
