1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

1.5    Section 1. APPROPRIATION.
1.6$200,000 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011, and $200,000 for the fiscal year
1.7beginning July 1, 2012, are appropriated from the general fund to the Ramsey County
1.8Workforce Investment Board for the development of the building lives program. This
1.9appropriation is added to the Department of Employment and Economic Development's
1.10base budget and is available until expended.
