1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

1.6    Section 1. REPEALER.
1.7(a) Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 62U.04, subdivisions 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, are
1.8repealed.
1.9(b) Minnesota Statutes 2011 Supplement, section 62U.04, subdivisions 3 and 9, are
1.10repealed.
1.11EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
