1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

1.5    Section 1. APPROPRIATION.
1.6$35,000,000 is appropriated from the economic development account established
1.7under Minnesota Statutes, section 161.04, subdivision 6, in the trunk highway fund,
1.8to the commissioner of transportation for a grant to Ramsey County for construction,
1.9reconstruction, and improvement of trunk highways and county state-aid highways in the
1.10vicinity of the former Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant (TCAAP) in Ramsey County.
