1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

1.5    Section 1. APPROPRIATIONS; ALBERT LEA LAKE.
1.6$900,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2015 from the general fund to the
1.7commissioner of natural resources for a grant to the Shell Rock River Watershed District
1.8for the Albert Lea Lake management and invasive species control project identified in
1.9Laws 2013, chapter 137, article 1, section 2, subdivision 5, paragraph (h).
