1.3Highway 36 as Officer Richard Crittenden, Sr., Memorial Highway;amending
1.4Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 161.14, by adding a subdivision.
1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 161.14, is amended by adding a
1.7subdivision to read:
1.8 Subd. 74. Officer Richard Crittenden, Sr., Memorial Highway. That segment
1.9of marked Trunk Highway 36 located within the city limits of North St. Paul shall be
1.10designated as the "Officer Richard Crittenden, Sr., Memorial Highway." Subject to section
1.11161.139, the commissioner shall adopt a suitable design to mark this highway and erect
1.12appropriate signs directly adjacent to the marked Trunk Highway 36 roadway, excluding
1.13entrance and exit ramps.
