1.6BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.7 Section 1. REPEALER; EFFECTIVE DATE.
1.8Minnesota Statutes 2010, sections 13.4967, subdivision 6a; and 298.22, subdivision
1.912, are repealed retroactively from the date of their final enactment.
