1.3Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 198.003, by adding a subdivision.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

1.5    Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 198.003, is amended by adding a
1.6subdivision to read:
1.7    Subd. 8. Veterans homes special revenue account. The general fund
1.8appropriations made to the department may be transferred to a veterans homes special
1.9revenue account in the special revenue fund in the same manner as other receipts are
1.10deposited according to section 198.34 and are appropriated to the department for the
1.11operation of veterans homes facilities and programs.
