1.2relating to alcohol; allowing farm wineries to have temporary on-sale licenses;
1.3amending Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 340A.315, by adding a subdivision.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 340A.315, is amended by adding a
1.6subdivision to read:
1.7 Subd. 8. Temporary on-sale license. A farm winery may be issued a temporary
1.8on-sale license by the relevant licensing jurisdiction for sale for consumption of wine
1.9produced at the farm winery.
1.10EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
