SENATE BILL No. 1192

 

 

November 8, 2018, Introduced by Senator BOOHER and referred to the Committee on Natural Resources.

 

 

 

     A bill to amend 2006 PA 110, entitled

 

"Michigan zoning enabling act,"

 

(MCL 125.3101 to 125.3702) by adding section 205b.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 205b. This act is subject to the vegetation removal

 

preemption act.

 

     Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days

 

after the date it is enacted into law.

 

     Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect

 

unless Senate Bill No. 1188                                   

 

            of the 99th Legislature is enacted into law.
