A bill to amend 2000 PA 403, entitled

"Motor fuel tax act,"

by repealing section 10 (MCL 207.1010).

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. Section 10 of the motor fuel tax act, 2000 PA 403, MCL 207.1010, is repealed.
