SENATE BILL NO. 649

November 13, 2019, Introduced by Senator LUCIDO and referred to the Committee on Regulatory Reform.

A bill to amend 1972 PA 382, entitled

"Traxler-McCauley-Law-Bowman bingo act,"

by amending section 10a (MCL 432.110a), as amended by 2006 PA 427.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 10a. All of the following apply in the conduct of a millionaire party:A millionaire party licensee under section 10b shall conduct a millionaire party as follows:

(a) A person The millionaire party licensee shall not permit an individual who is less than 18 years of age shall not be permitted to wager.

(b) A The millionaire party licensee shall not permit a wager may not to be placed on a contest other than a game of chance taking place at the location and during the time period approved for the event, and in no event shall or a wager to be placed upon on an athletic event or upon on a game involving personal skill.

(c) The millionaire party licensee under the millionaire party license shall be is responsible for insuring that the requirements of this section are met.

(d) A qualified organization The millionaire party licensee shall not receive more than $15,000.00 $25,000.00 in exchange for imitation money or chips in 1 day of a millionaire party.
