A bill to amend 1984 PA 431, entitled
"The management and budget act,"
by amending section 365 (MCL 18.1365), as amended by 2020 PA 122.
the people of the state of michigan enact:
Sec. 365. Beginning July 1, 2021, the legislature shall must pass and present general appropriation bills for the upcoming fiscal year to the governor on or before July 1.
