     A bill to amend 2012 PA 615, entitled

 

"Michigan energy assistance act,"

 

by amending section 6 (MCL 400.1236), as amended by 2016 PA 147.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 6. This act does not apply after September 30, 2019.2023.
