A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled

"Michigan memorial highway act,"

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2091) by adding section 110.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 110. The portion of highway I-94 in Benton Charter Township beginning at the interchange of highway I-94 and highway I-196 and extending south to the Napier Avenue exit shall be known as the "Kevin D. White Memorial Highway".
