HOUSE BILL NO. 6188

A bill to amend 1987 PA 96, entitled

"The mobile home commission act,"

by repealing section 43a (MCL 125.2343a).

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. Section 43a of the mobile home commission act, 1987 PA 96, MCL 125.2343a, is repealed.
