"Natural resources and environmental protection act,"

by repealing section 62507 (MCL 324.62507).

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. Section 62507 of the natural resources and environmental protection act, 1994 PA 451, MCL 324.62507, is repealed.
