HOUSE BILL NO. 6127

A bill to repeal 2020 PA 236, entitled

"COVID-19 response and reopening liability assurance act,"

(MCL 691.1451 to 691.1460)

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. The COVID-19 response and reopening liability assurance act, 2020 PA 236, MCL 691.1451 to 691.1460, is repealed.
