A bill to amend 1949 PA 300, entitled
"Michigan vehicle code,"
(MCL 257.1 to 257.923) by adding section 36c.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 36c. "Other on-track equipment" means any car, rolling
stock, or other device that, alone or coupled to another device, is
operated on stationary rails.
Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days
after the date it is enacted into law.
