A bill to amend 1980 PA 299, entitled
"Occupational code,"
by repealing article 11 (MCL 339.1101 to 339.1118).
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Enacting section 1. Article 11 of the occupational code, 1980
PA 299, MCL 339.1101 to 339.1118, is repealed.
Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect
unless Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 5518(request no.
04664'11 a) of the 96th Legislature is enacted into law.
