A bill to allow for the charitable donation of unclaimed shoes held by persons engaged in the business of shoe repair.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 1. A person engaged in the business of shoe repair may donate unclaimed shoes left at the person's place of business to a state licensed charitable organization if the shoes have been unclaimed for 6 months or more.
