     A bill to amend 2014 PA 138, entitled

 

"Workforce opportunity wage act,"

 

by repealing section 4b (MCL 408.414b).

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Enacting section 1. Section 4b of the workforce opportunity

 

wage act, 2014 PA 138, MCL 408.414b, is repealed.

 

     Enacting section 2. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days

 

after the date it is enacted into law.
