HOUSE BILL No. 4275

March 4, 2015, Introduced by Reps. Leutheuser, Lyons, Lauwers, Kesto, Heise and Jacobsen and referred to the Committee on Elections.

 

     A bill to amend 1954 PA 116, entitled

 

"Michigan election law,"

 

by repealing section 322 (MCL 168.322).

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Enacting section 1. Section 322 of the Michigan election law,

 

1954 PA 116, MCL 168.322, is repealed effective 90 days after the

 

effective date of this amendatory act.

 

     Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect

 

unless all of the following bills of the 98th Legislature are

 

enacted into law:

 

     (a) Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 4271 (request no.
