Occupations: lobbyists; lobbyist reporting requirements; modify, and prohibit engagement in lobbying by former members of the legislature for a certain period of time. Amends secs. 4, 6a & 8 of 1978 PA 472 (MCL 4.414 et seq.); adds sec. 19b & repeals sec. 19a of 1978 PA 472 (MCL 4.429a).
