Amends title & secs. 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 9a, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 19a, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 & 32 of 1995 PA 279 (MCL 431.302 et seq.) & repeals secs. 5 & 35 of 1995 PA 279 (MCL 431.305 & 431.335).
