Summary

Defining "generating station" as it relates to the requirement to obtain a certificate of public convenience and necessity or approval from the Public Service Commission for a person who constructs a generating station that has the capacity to produce more than 2 but not more than 14 megawatts of electricity from a solar photovoltaic system; and requiring an electric company to provide meter aggregation for certain eligible customer-generators under certain circumstances.
