Summary

Requiring a waste hauler that disposed of waste to a facility or disposal site located in a county to submit a report on waste disposal activities to the county on or before March 1 each year; and establishing that a waste hauler that violates the Act is subject to a civil penalty not exceeding $50 for each day on which the violation exists.
