Summary

Creating an exception to motor vehicle registration requirements for golf carts operating on certain county highways in Frederick County; providing that a person operating a golf cart without registration may do so only on a county highway with a speed limit of 35 miles per hour, between dawn and dusk, and with certain lighting devices; and authorizing Frederick County to designate county highways on which a person may operate a golf cart and to establish further safety requirements and conditions for the operation of golf carts.
