Prohibiting a person from operating or causing the operation of an unmanned aircraft over a State correctional facility unless authorized by the Secretary of Public Safety and Correctional Services or the Secretary's designee; and establishing penalties for a violation of the Act of imprisonment not exceeding 3 years or a fine not exceeding$1,000 or both.
