Summary

Requiring the Division of Correction to transport a certain inmate from a certain correctional facility to the county of the inmate's address recorded at the time the inmate entered the correctional facility after the inmate is released from a State correctional facility; and requiring the Division of Parole and Probation to supervise any required probation, parole, or mandatory supervision of a certain inmate in a certain county after the inmate is released from a State correctional facility.
