Summary

Authorizing the reimbursement of certain physicians, qualified health care providers, and hospitals by the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board for certain forensic examinations of and health care services provided to a victim of nonfatal strangulation without charge; and specifying that "strangulation" includes strangulation that is not related to rape, sexual offense, or sexual abuse.
