Summary
Requiring recreational vehicle dealers to hold a dealer agreement with a manufacturer to sell the manufacturer's recreational vehicles in the State; and altering the required terms and conditions of a recreational dealer agreement, including terms and conditions related to termination and nonrenewal, transfer of dealer ownership, warranty obligations, dealer inspection and rejection of recreational vehicles, and prohibited acts, dispute resolution, and penalties.
