Summary

Exempting the installation and maintenance of certain duck nest boxes from certain wetlands license requirements; defining a "duck nest box" as a nesting structure located on or over water that is provided for the purpose of sheltering domesticated ducks; establishing that a duck nest box is not a nonwater-dependent project for the purpose of certain wetlands license requirements; and establishing that installing and maintaining duck nest boxes is a lawful use of private wetlands.
