Summary

Requiring the State Board of Victim Services to include in its annual written report to the Governor demographics for crime victims in the State; and requiring the Board to collect demographic information on the crime victims from each county regarding race or ethnicity, age, gender, marital status, household income, location of the crime and the crime committed.
