Requiring the State Superintendent of Schools and the Secretary of Health each to designate an ombudsman for school-based health centers; requiring the ombudsmen to serve as a point of contact, provide technical assistance, and coordinate efforts of certain agencies; altering the membership of the Council on Advancement of School-Based Health Centers; requiring the Council to develop recommendations for integrating school-based health centers into patient-centered models of care; etc.
