Summary

Authorizing specified fee revenue collected for the Bay Restoration Fund to be used for financial assistance for specified low-income homeowners for the cost, up to 50%, of an operation and maintenance contract of up to five years for on-site sewage disposal systems that utilize nitrogen removal technology; and requiring the Department or a local government to determine applicant eligibility and the amount of assistance to be provided; etc.
