Summary

Establishing the Baltimore City Convicted Gun Offenders Pilot Program to provide convicted gun offenders with individualized case treatment plans, guidance, supervision, and rehabilitation services; authorizing the court to order an individual to participate in the Program as a condition of probation; requiring the Division of Parole and Probation to report to the General Assembly by December 1, 2024 and each year thereafter on the effectiveness of the Program and any information to help determine if a statewide program should be implemented; etc.
