Summary

Requiring the State Department of Education and the Maryland Higher Education Commission to convene a workgroup to establish a Career Credential Jump Start Pilot Program; and requiring the Program to consider methods to implement career readiness goals with existing funding, and develop procedures to identify students who may benefit from dually enrolling in a noncredit career credential program.
